Exact register locality fields and known complete Scottish postcode lookups are used for towns. Street names and outward postcode districts are not used to guess towns. Search verification
1178 original public records were searched by name and supplied location on 2026-10-31. 578 have confirmed name, location and category matches. 101 have been moved to the review queue for category, access or location concerns; a review hold is not a finding that a business has closed.
Checked profiles show the evidence links and date. Uncertain matches remain unverified. Business ownership, opening hours and availability require separate checks. Download the reviewed OSM-derived records, under the same ODbL attribution and terms.

Initial public records are unclaimed. Businesses can submit their details or suggest a correction. These submissions are stored for review and do not automatically replace public records.
